Primary Teaching Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team of educational professionals in West Essex and East Hertfordshire. If you have a passion for primary education and a commitment to supporting students with their learning, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:
  • Type: Day-to-day, short or long-term teaching assistant positions
  • Hours: Full or part-time
  • Location: Local schools, local office, and local knowledge along the M11 corridor
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support teachers in delivering high-quality education to students from Early Years to Year 6
  2. Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  3. Assist with lesson planning, preparation, and implementation
  4. Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
  • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (ideally)
  • Experience in primary education (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
