Job Title: Bid Analysis Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Analysis Manager to join our Strategic Sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting all pre-contract activity within the business, driving sales performance, and defining strategies to achieve planned growth in new and existing markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write key elements of the bid responses with assistance from colleagues as needed, ensuring commercial requirements and risks are considered and mitigated.
  • Accurate and timely business performance reporting on a monthly basis.
  • Promote and sustain a constructive, supportive, and collaborative working relationship with clients, external and internal, immediate and senior management, and other work colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of successful bid delivery with a sound understanding of commercial and contract terms.
  • Experienced in contract negotiations in the engineering/rail/consultancy sectors.
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate these into concrete technical solutions.
  • Understanding of the basics of sales, marketing, and tendering.
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Office.
  • Self-motivated with excellent personal time management skills.
