About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving a t vehicle and managing a customer base of around 120 small independent stores.
Responsibilities:
- Follow set journey schedules to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Identify and pursue new customer opportunities to grow sales and revenue.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with store owners and managers.
- Lead daily stock and cash processes, including ordering, picking, and delivering stock.
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and growth objectives.
- Collect and unload stock from cash & carry at the beginning and end of each day.
Requirements:
- Full, manual UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
