About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Route Sales Representative to join our team in the North West area. As a Route Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering our snack products to independent retailers, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in your territory.
Responsibilities- Deliver our snack products to independent retailers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth in your territory.
- Manage daily stock and cash processes, including ordering, picking, and delivering stock.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of our business.
- Full manual UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Basic IT skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Results-driven and able to meet sales targets.
