Lincat, a member of the Middleby Corporation, is seeking an accomplished International Sales Growth Manager to spearhead the sales and growth of its Lincat portfolio in overseas markets.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, reviewing, and implementing an export sales strategy to achieve targeted growth. Key areas of focus include:

  • Managing export territory to ensure sales and profit growth of the Lincat portfolio.
  • Training and motivating Middleby Worldwide sales staff and distributors.
  • Negotiating representation agreements and sales contracts with distributors.
  • Researching new market opportunities and drawing up proposals for the Sales Director.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent business acumen, including the ability to spot opportunities and make sound commercial decisions.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills, with the ability to compile accurate business correspondence and reports.
  • Good numeracy skills, with the ability to work with exchange rates and numerical reports.
  • A hands-on approach, with experience of demonstrating equipment and offering solutions against competitors.
  • The ability to travel extensively, both domestically and internationally, with a clean driving license and willingness to achieve CFSP.
Benefits

This exciting opportunity offers a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits and the chance to join a dynamic team within a leading global company.
