Raised from a recent survey, the average salary for a part-time Interim Finance Director in Oxfordshire is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.


Job Description:


As a Strategic Part-time Finance Specialist, you will provide senior financial support to our client's team. The role requires occasional visits to head office and involves a commitment of 3-4 days per week.


The key responsibilities include the provision of senior financial support, key liaison with auditors, delivery of monthly financial/management accounts and budget monitoring with individual headteachers.


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • Fully qualified candidate with Multi Academy Trust experience.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to the requirements of the Trust.
  • Experience around Board narrative is essential.
  • Confidence in accurate analysis regarding any scenarios of budgetary overspend.
  • Experience of PS Financials is highly advantageous.
