About Us

Creative Support is a leading national not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs.

We are currently seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our passionate and committed team in North London.

Our Service

Our Barnet service provides support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling and valued lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day living duties, including budgeting, shopping, and supporting with medication and care needs.
  • Collaborate with service users, families, carers, and professionals to provide a coordinated and consistent service.
  • Be responsive to service users' needs, in line with Person Centred Plans, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Encourage and support service users in expressing their needs, views, and concerns, enabling them to make informed choices and decisions.

Requirements

Previous care experience is essential for this role, and successful candidates must attend mandatory induction training courses before beginning.

Car drivers are preferred, but not essential, to support client engagement with the community.
