About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team as Healthcare Support Workers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Administer medication as required
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
