Our team is dedicated to meeting the growing need for complex care, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams to provide enhanced levels of clinical support.

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team, working day or night shifts, including weekends, within the Barnet area. Our carers work with one client per shift, providing 12-hour shifts from 8am to 8pm or 8pm to 8am.

As a carer with HFH Healthcare, you will receive full training, supervision, and support to ensure your success in this role. Our carer development centre offers bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and complex medication administration.

  • Competitive hourly pay rates, ranging from £14 to £17.93 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay.

  • Free specialist clinical training for complex care, with continuous clinical support and professional progression.
  • 24-hour support from our dedicated and efficient clinical and operational teams.
  • No mandatory uniform requirements.
Requirements:
  • You must be over 18 to apply.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Flexibility on travel, with some shifts requiring driving or access to public transport.
  • A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
