**Job Summary**

Creative Support is a national, fast-growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We are currently seeking a Relief Support Worker to join our passionate and committed team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

**About the Role**

As a Relief Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to individuals with learning disabilities. Your duties will include assisting with day-to-day living duties, such as budgeting, shopping, and supporting with medication and any care that may be required.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with day-to-day living duties, including budgeting, shopping, and supporting with medication and any care that may be required
  • Collaborate with service users, families, carers, and involved professionals to provide a coordinated and consistent service that maximises outcomes for service users
  • Be responsive to the needs of service users in line with Person Centred Plans and respond flexibly to changing needs
  • Encourage and support service users in expressing needs, views, and concerns, enabling them to make their own choices and decisions

**Requirements**

Previous care experience is essential for Relief Support Worker positions. Successful candidates must attend mandatory induction training courses before beginning in the role. Car drivers are preferred, though not an essential requirement, to support with client engagement with the community.

**What We Offer**

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country and provides information on the service, including directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
