As a Concierge at Eaton Square, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met with a high level of professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality concierge services to residents, including supporting vulnerable adults and ensuring their safety and security.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, keeping them informed of any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with the Eaton Square team to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, capturing feedback and insights to improve services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and security standards are met.
  • Proactively manage the gardens and work with the Garden Landscape team to maintain a high level of quality.
  • Contribute to the company's sustainability and people-positive goals by working with the Operations and Grosvenor teams.

Work Rota

The Concierge service is provided on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a 1-month period, with flexibility to adjust as needed to deliver exceptional service levels.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a high-end customer-facing role, ideally in a concierge or similar position.
  • Proven ability to manage customer expectations and relationships, often with high-profile and challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
