Position: Customer Experience SpecialistRole Overview
  • Provide exceptional concierge services for designated properties, including assistance for residents in need.
  • Manage communications within the residences, ensuring residents are updated on any relevant matters.
  • Establish strong relationships with residents, gather insightful feedback, and ensure prompt resolution of any concerns.
  • Work in partnership with service providers to guarantee effective completion of maintenance duties.
  • Perform regular inspections of the premises to uphold safety and security protocols.
  • Oversee garden areas and collaborate closely with the Landscape Management team.
  • Promote sustainability and community-focused initiatives by engaging with various departments.
Qualifications
  • Experience in a luxury, customer-centric position, ideally within concierge services.
  • Proven ability to handle customer relations, including in challenging scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance responsibilities.
  • Capacity to work effectively within a team setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check is mandatory.
