As a Concierge at Eaton Square, you will be the first point of contact for our discerning residents, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met with a personal touch.

Working in one of London's most prestigious residential garden squares, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our high-profile customers and deliver a range of concierge services, including supporting vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality concierge services to residents, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Own customer communication, keeping residents informed on any issues or updates.
  • Be the face of the Eaton Square team, providing a warm and welcoming experience for residents and their guests.
  • Build trust with residents, capturing feedback and using it to improve our services.
  • Work with our suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and security.
  • Proactively manage the gardens and work with our Garden Landscape team.
  • Contribute to our sustainability and people-positive goals as part of the wider Operations and Grosvenor teams.

Work Rota

The Concierge service is provided on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a 1-month period, with flexibility to adjust as needed to deliver exceptional service levels.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a high-end customer-focused role, ideally in a concierge or similar position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer expectations and relationships.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
