Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver concierge services to properties within your allocated section, including support for vulnerable adults.
  • Own customer communication, keeping residents informed on any issues that arise.
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they are updated on any issues they report.
  • Build trust with our customers, capturing important feedback and insights.
  • Work with our suppliers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Conduct building inspections to ensure safety and security.
  • Proactively manage the gardens, working with our Garden Landscape team.
  • Contribute to our sustainability and people-positive goals as part of the wider Operations and Grosvenor teams.

Work Rota

The Concierge service is provided on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a 1-month period. A working day is defined as 8am – 6pm, including a 1-hour lunch break and 2 x 30-minute breaks.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a high-end, customer-focused position, ideally in a concierge-type role.
  • Experience managing customer expectations and relationships, sometimes with high-profile and challenging situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to deliver customer requirements.
  • Enhanced DBS check.
