Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team at the iconic Charlotte Street Hotel. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the concierge desk operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and a warm welcome for all guests.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, providing accurate information and assistance to guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist guests with luggage transportation, check-in, and check-out processes, maintaining a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere.
  • Address guest requests and inquiries, demonstrating a proactive approach to meeting their needs and exceeding expectations.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities, enhancing the guest experience with insider knowledge and insights.
  • Arrange transportation services for guests, including taxi bookings, car rentals, and airport transfers, ensuring timely and hassle-free travel arrangements.
  • Maintain the concierge desk area clean, organized, and well-presented at all times, contributing to the overall ambiance and aesthetic appeal of the hotel lobby.
  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide seamless and cohesive service across departments, demonstrating a willingness to lend support and assistance whenever necessary.
