Main Responsibilities
- Respond to referrals, providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment at the first point of contact.
- Support the development of our on-the-day emergency patient service.
- Triage and prioritize home visit requests.
- Evaluate clinical information, initiating appropriate treatment and/or referral.
- Maintain accurate clinical records.
