At Village Hotels, we're looking for a skilled Reception Manager to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the reception team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the reception area
