The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the STS office.
This includes maintaining a welcoming and professional reception area, handling enquiries and queries, and supporting the Health and Safety/Compliance team with record-keeping and updates.
Key Responsibilities- Reception and Visitor Management
Meet and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring strict adherence to Stark Security Policy.
Administrative SupportProvide proactive and efficient support for enquiries and queries on the telephone, and assist with updating documents and maintaining SharePoint.
Health and SafetyContribute to the health and safety committee, maintain and update the Reception manual, and ensure the health and safety of yourself and others.
Other DutiesAssist with arranging social events, participate in regular training and learning activities, and adhere to all Stark policies and procedures.
Requirements and ExpectationsThis role requires a proactive and helpful approach, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of the office.
Applicants should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
