About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at The Imperial Hotel Blackpool. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the highest standards of guest care and service delivery
  • Liaise with department heads to ensure standards are continuously developed and maintained
  • Maintain full knowledge of hotel operations, including room rates, policies, and events
  • Support food and beverage departments, including functions and conferences
  • Support reception and nights teams as required
  • Continuously review team behavior, appearance, and performance
Requirements
  • Strong leadership, management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Prior experience of a similar sized operation, including F&B operations, weddings, conferences, and front of house
  • People-focused with strong attention to detail and ability to lead from the front
