**Job Description:**
This role involves leading and managing a Community Nursing Team, working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in district nursing, with experience of team management, case load management, and community-based care.
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
- District nurse qualification, certificate, DiP, or Degree
- Current NMC Registration Registered Nurse (RN)
- Evidence of professional updating
**Salary and Benefits:**
An estimated salary of £43,041 - £50,132 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including annual leave, sick leave, and access to training and development opportunities.
