Job Title: Key Account Liaison

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Liaison to join our team at Ulster Weavers Home Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations for Dunelm account categories, meeting KPIs to deliver excellent service and meet Phase 3 Supplier expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Arrange and document category meetings, identify actions, and ensure delivery to customer requirements.
* Build strong relationships with the customer and manage key stakeholders through regular meetings and effective communication.
* Support Design and Buying teams by providing relevant data and product knowledge to drive profit and positive new development.
* Negotiate prices to agreed margin and present to Senior Management team for sign off.
* Build comprehensive knowledge of product categories through competitor analysis and benchmarking.
* Drive Pre-Production process from concept to delivery, ensuring stakeholders complete critical path tasks on time.
* Complete customer-related product documentation on time, in detail, and to requirements.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain with progression to Account Manager Level.
* Experience working with High Street/Supermarket retailers and leading supplier meetings.
* Understanding of Far East manufacturing, including costs, MOQs, and lead times.
* Ability to create and drive a critical path, confident with costings, and excellent attention to detail.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
