Key Responsibilities:
- To support our clients in developing and maintaining relationships with friends, family, and community groups.
- To work closely with our clients' families and other stakeholders to ensure that they receive the best possible support.
- To maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of the needs of people with learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits:
£28,961 per annum + additional on call payment.
