Commercial Partnership Growth Specialist

At Upload Agency, we are looking for a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our commercial team.
This role is perfect for someone who excels in business development and has experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing and growing commercial deals for our top-tier content creators.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business development and cold sales, preferably in the influencer, sports, or entertainment sectors. They will also possess strong ties with brands and influencer agencies targeting male audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business plan to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships
- Negotiate and close deals to secure commercial partnerships for our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key brands and agencies
- Provide pitch support and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and respond quickly to opportunities
- Mentor junior team members to share insights and elevate their growth and success
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, with uncapped commission potential. In addition, we provide a generous holiday entitlement and a fun culture that values personal and professional growth.
