Commercial Strategy and Growth Specialist

Fifteen West is seeking a Commercial Strategy and Growth Specialist to drive commercial growth and partnerships in the financial technology sector.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial role, with a proven track record of success in partnership management, sales support, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, managing existing partnerships, and contributing to the development of strategic plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in collaboration with the rest of the commercial team and support the implementation of growth strategies.
- Manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring agreements lead to real revenue and mutual growth.
- Take an active role in general sales activities, including managing inquiries, taking sales calls, and contributing to proposals and presentations.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance, sales activity, and other key commercial metrics.
Salary: £45-50k DOE. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a start-up environment with a large degree of independence and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a commercial role(s) e.g. partnerships, sales, business development, commercial analysis, etc.
- Some partnership experience.
- The ability and confidence to take sales calls and engage with partners, prospects and clients.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a respected university.
