Commercial Growth Strategy Executive

We are seeking a high-achieving Commercial Growth Strategy Executive to join our team at Ultimate Asset. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving commercial growth and ensuring the stability and scalability of our business.
You will work closely with our Business Directors and the Executive team to develop and execute commercial strategy. Your primary focus will be on managing sales teams and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, specifically within a digital lead generation agency, marketplace, or platform. They will also have a proven track record of managing sales teams in a digital/performance environment.
In addition, the successful candidate will have experience selling a digital marketplace solution to mid-market and enterprise-level customers. They will also have strong leadership skills, with experience running at least 5+ senior direct reports.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £130,000 - £160,000 per annum, depending on experience.
