Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the start-to-finish workflow for all print projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for a key client, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met on a daily basis.
- Manage the workflow for all print projects, from initial consultation to final delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of Tharstern or alternative MIS systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
