We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Harrison Scott Associates. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Director to develop and execute client development plans, driving growth and retention across a range of key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple client accounts.
- Work closely with the Account Director to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and retention.

- Resolve issues and escalate to the Account Director as necessary, including contract risks and budget reconciliation.
- Proven track record of driving client growth and retention in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
