Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Licensing Coordinator to join our team at STUDIOCANAL KIDS & FAMILY, a leading international IP development agency and consultancy. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the licensing team in commercial deal-making and management of global agents and partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for forging strong relationships with licensing agents and partners worldwide, sharing information on weekly retail results, brand updates, and collating latest retail listings. You will also monitor industry updates, including competitor activities, and assist in creating best-in-class decks with up-to-date brand information for pitches and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Licensing Support: Share information on weekly retail results, brand updates, and collate latest retail listings with licensing agents and partners.
  • Monitoring Industries Updates: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Contract Administration: Coordinate the execution of contracts, agreements, and other documents related to licensing partnerships.
  • Accounts Support: Follow up on outstanding royalty statements and payments from partners and resolve any product listing errors.
  • Administrative Support: Provide diary and travel management to the licensing team, assist with trade show logistics, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
