Job Title: Performance Leadership Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Performance Leadership Director to join our team at Clarion Housing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving improvements across customer and property operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams to analyse performance information and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement local governance frameworks that drive results.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration and collective responsibility within teams.
  • Analyse trends and insights to develop informed improvement plans.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing performance management tools and matrices.
  • Able to use data-driven insights to inform real-world improvements.
  • In-depth knowledge of common operational challenges facing housing associations.

Salary Package: Competitive salary: £85,000 per annum (estimated), car allowance, flexible working location, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK, reside in England or Wales, and pass a Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
