We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes First Group.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional autism-informed clinician to work collaboratively with our diverse range of professionals, including psychiatrists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other psychologists.

The successful candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, be registered with the HCPC and BPS, and possess extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and working with adults who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Key responsibilities will include developing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with complex needs, contributing to service development, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support.
