Job Description:

We are seeking a senior mental health specialist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with autism and other complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in psychology, registration with the HCPC and BPS, and experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities and autism. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As a senior mental health specialist, you will work within existing MDT and Clinical Governance structures to support service development and ensure quality assurance. You will also have autonomy to implement your strategic vision for therapies.
