Gray Healthcare is recruiting a Mental Health Support Assistant to work in the Winterton area of North Lincolnshire. This role requires supporting an individual with Autism and Moderate Learning Disability, who lives independently with 1:1 care 24 hours a day.

We are looking for someone with experience in social care, ideally within mental health, and with skills in supporting individuals with Schizophrenia. Key responsibilities include implementing care plans, conducting risk assessments, and encouraging independence.

The successful applicant will be rewarded with competitive pay, approximately £11.55 per hour, and the opportunity to make a positive impact in the life of our service user.
