About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Practice Development Specialist - Breast Imaging. This exciting opportunity will involve supporting staff undertaking postgraduate mammography courses, while also focusing on the development needs of our non-medical workforce.

Job Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of governance frameworks for ensuring high-quality learning experiences.
  • Update the departmental mammography training plan to ensure it remains aligned with Trust policies and evidence-based practice.
  • Work in partnership with stakeholders and the AHP faculty team to develop inter-professional learning opportunities, supporting undergraduate radiographers on rotation within UHCW.

What You'll Need
  • A BSc in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
  • State registration and Postgraduate Award in Mammographic practice.
  • A full current UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
