We are looking for a dedicated Independent Living Facilitator to join our team. As an Apprentice Youth Support Worker, you will work closely with our service users to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to live independently. This may involve supporting them with tasks such as household chores, cooking, and budgeting, as well as encouraging them to participate in educational and leisure activities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and respond to a variety of situations. You will also have experience working with vulnerable young people, ideally in a residential or outreach setting.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 per annum, which includes a comprehensive induction program, face-to-face therapeutic training, and opportunities for professional development.
