About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team as a Care Delivery Specialist. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to residents across your region. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care at every location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the physical and mental needs of residents
  • Ensure new residents settle in smoothly and receive excellent care
  • Support the development of team members' skills and abilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks are essential. A successful track record of producing care plans and detailed risk assessments is also required.
