We are a CQC-rated 'Good' care provider seeking a highly skilled Community Care Specialist to join our team in Leamington Spa and Warwick.
The estimated salary for this role is £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
As a Community Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their health, well-being, and dignity.
You will work closely with Occupational Health and Physiotherapists to develop and implement tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
