Job Title: Commercial Strategy Development Lead

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum

About The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Strategy Development Lead to join our team at The Oval Partnership. As a leading producer of specialist ambient foods based in London, we require a commercially skilled individual with a strong background in food service & ambient sales.

The successful candidate will develop and implement commercial strategies, manage product ranges, and liaise with internal and external departments to ensure customer service level requirements are met.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively seek out commercial opportunities for new business growth and work closely with marketing and product development managers to understand product ranges and identify unique selling points.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve business goals
  • Manage product ranges to ensure efficient category management
  • Liaise with internal and external departments to meet customer service level requirements
  • Actively seek out commercial opportunities for new business growth
  • Work closely with marketing and product development managers to understand product ranges and identify unique selling points
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Understanding of relevant risk assessments and safe working procedures
  • Exposure to budget management and sales strategies
  • Management of people experience
  • Competence in Excel/Word/PowerPoint
