About the Role

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for the cash office and checkout area, ensuring the highest standards of service are provided to our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving the team to deliver personable, polite, and prompt service in the checkout area
  • Acting as a role model, displaying exceptional service to our customers
  • Being highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues
  • Coaching colleagues to ensure they demonstrate the appropriate skills and knowledge in the checkout area
  • Ensuring compliance with company stock control procedures within the appropriate timelines
  • Ensuring company property, cash, and stock are secure at all times
  • Playing a vital part in making our stores a fun place to work

About You

Ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, focused, and driven team players with a passion for retail and delivering great service.

Applicants should have:

  • Experience of managing a small to medium-sized team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach and a 'can-do' attitude
  • The ability to think on your feet
