About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Performance Officer to join our Commissioning and Homes for All Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective delivery of our contracted services and driving social value across Adult Services.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of commissioning and contract management principles, with excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including providers, people, and their families, to ensure that the voice of the service user is heard and incorporated in service planning, design, and monitoring.

Key responsibilities will include working with budget holders to determine commissioning options, procuring services, and ensuring value for money and social return on investment. You will also support the Safeguarding process and the delivery of Freedom of Information Requests.
