Position Summary

As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist at Samsung, you will play a key role in improving and executing operations to high standards. Your responsibilities will include leading S&OP meetings, managing accurate demand forecasts, and handling stock allocation and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead S&OP meetings with key stakeholders to drive business decisions
  • Manage accurate demand forecasts for the upcoming 6 months to ensure optimal inventory levels
  • Handle stock allocation to orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet customer demands
  • Identify problems in current operations, set improvement plans, and monitor progress against targets
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and excellence
  • Analyze KPI performance metrics such as forecast accuracy, sell-out FCST, WOS, and inventory management
  • Analyze market size, sales trends, and inventory in the channel/business opportunity and translate analysis into demand planning
  • Produce and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly sales projections
  • Provide regular updates to customers on back orders and delivery schedules
  • Handle business development seeding unit orders and deliveries

  • Experience in SAP would be desirable
