As a Repairs Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering maintenance services to our properties, including responsive, cyclical, and major repairs. You will need to diagnose maintenance requirements, ensure high-quality and H&S compliant works are delivered, and escalate any contract management performance issues.

To succeed in this position, you will need sound knowledge of building and H&S at work legislation, procurement routes, and construction practices. You will also need excellent customer care and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Lifetime Homes Standard and the Wheelchair Housing Design Guide. They will also have a clean driving license and a clear Standard DBS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver maintenance services to properties in Central London and North London
  • Detect maintenance requirements and ensure high-quality and H&S compliant works are delivered
  • Evaluate contract management performance and escalate any issues
  • Collaborate with contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
