**Role Overview**
">We are looking for an experienced Repairs Surveyor to join our team in Central London and Hertfordshire. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality repair services to our properties in the area.
**Responsibilities:**
">- Diagnose maintenance requirements and ensure that repairs are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Work closely with our Senior Repairs Surveyor to develop and implement maintenance plans
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations and best practices
**Requirements:**
">- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or facilities management industry
- Sound knowledge of building and health and safety legislation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
