The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Coordinator to manage a portfolio of high-value projects, ranging from £4m to £40m. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and be able to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of high-value projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Requirements for the Role
- At least 3 years of experience in a Design Management/Design Coordinator role with a main contractor or developer.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects in central London.
- Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is approximately £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including health insurance, pension scheme, and 25 days annual leave.
