About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Surveyor to join our team in South London and Central London. As a Maintenance Surveyor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of accessibility. You will work closely with our senior surveyors and other teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules, and provide regular reports on property conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. You will also have a strong understanding of building maintenance and repairs, and experience working with accessible housing solutions is preferred but not required.

Estimated salary range for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
