Role Overview
Tennants Distribution Ltd, a leading independent distributor of chemicals in the UK, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Office Coordinator to join our team.

As a subsidiary company of Tennants Consolidated Ltd, our origins date back to the late 1700s when we were founded in Glasgow, Scotland. Today, we continue to grow and evolve as a key player in the chemical distribution industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, invoices, and other sales-related documents
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Support the sales team with data entry, report generation, and other administrative duties
- Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience in a commercial sales or administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience
