**Morrison Water Services** is a leading service provider in the UK's water and wastewater infrastructure sectors and is part of M Group Services Water Division. We employ around 2,800 people across the UK and are looking for ambitious individuals interested in building a career within the Health and Safety sector.
Our responsibilities include delivering multiple frameworks across the UK, such as metering, civil engineering schemes, leakage, led replacement schemes, new pipelines, and sewage treatment works upgrades.

We are recruiting a **SHE Coordinator** for the Water Division to support the SHE Director. This role can be office or remote, or a mix of both due the UK coverage. There would be an opportunity for professional development, depending on aptitude and interest.
As the HSE Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage SHE dashboards and compile KPI information and briefing notes for monthly and quarterly meetings with the wider SHE team and Leadership teams.
- Develop and refresh weekly/monthly/Quarterly reporting packs to ensure messages are clear and land well with the audience members.
- Assist in information gathering for supporting tenders and 3rd party audits when requested.
- Audit the close-out of actions from incident and accident investigations to ensure they are closed out within the agreed time scales and that the business has learned from the event.
- Own, develop and manage the 'what good looks like' initiative across MWS.
- Work with the broader SHE team on collaborative campaigns and initiatives to align COMMS and messaging.
- Support the SHE Director with working group initiatives and commitments to maintain traction and momentum.
- Assist the SHE Director in coordinating any HSE events across the UK.
- Produce, review, and distribute HSE alerts and briefings as required, maintaining a reference library of documentation on the intranet - stay connected.
- Assist with coordinating and rolling out appropriate Health, Safety and Well-being initiatives.
- Communicate and support the cascade of essential HSE information from M-Group across the Water Division.
- Attend meetings as and when required to assist with note-taking, minute-capturing, and tracking of actions.
- Provide support and a link to the M Group Marketing and Communications department.
**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
**Required**
- Previous experience or knowledge of working within a communications department.
- A creative skillset to ensure messages land with impact at all levels across the organisation.
- An organised and persistent approach to managing tasks and projects.
- Strong administration skills with an ability to self-manage a varied workload.
- Strong communicator who can produce reports at all organisational levels.
- A keen eye for detail when reviewing reports, data and presentations for language and impact. **Desirable**:
- Marketing and communications experience and or experience.
- Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH or IOSH experience
- Experience within the water or utility industry
