Job Title: Global Corporate Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team at Auxo Commercial in Chiswick Park. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global corporate office environment, providing exceptional support to employees, visitors, and contractors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and assisting with facilities administration duties. Based on-site at Chiswick Park, the role requires working 37 hours per week between 8am and 6pm, depending on the rota.

In return for their expertise, the successful applicant can expect a competitive hourly salary of £14-16 per hour, dependent on experience.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • Previous corporate reception experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A professional, friendly, and proactive attitude
  • The ability to start immediately
