**Body Shop Administrator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for damaged vehicles in the body shop
- Communicate with customers to explain the repair process and provide accurate estimates
- Collaborate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions
- Coordinate with insurance companies to process claims and obtain necessary approvals
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions
**Experience**:
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise multiple tasks
- Knowledge of computerised estimating systems.
