Job Title: Subscription Administration Apprentice

About the role

Are you ready to jumpstart your career at a Globally recognized company?

If so, BSI is looking for a motivated, responsible, eager individual to join the Subscription Support Team through an 18-month Subscription Administration Apprenticeship. In this apprenticeship you will be providing customer service administration to subscribers of BSI’s products as well as the sales team.

Alongside the role, the individual will complete a Level 3 Business and Administration apprenticeship. The qualification is expected to be achieved within 18 months, after which the apprenticeship ends. Throughout your apprenticeship you will be supported by members of the wider team to make sure your time with us is successful.

**Responsibilities**:- Input customer information into our internal systems to generate accounts, raise quotes and process new and renewal orders and invoices.- Ensure all customer contact is logged accurately on relevant systems.- Raise credits, refunds and validate payments.- Responsible for generating and processing daily reports- Process ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
