Job Overview

Symend Inc is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team in the UK. As an Enterprise Sales Professional, you will be responsible for leading sales engagements and building plans for winning new business across various verticals.

About the Role

  • You will be accountable for the overall growth and execution of market-centric sales initiatives and opportunities across enterprise-sized clients.
  • Hit or exceed sales targets and accurately forecast business velocity.
  • Effectively build qualified sales pipelines and new opportunity growth.
  • Drive day-to-day sales activities.
  • Run effective sales meetings and help create a culture of accountability.
  • Plan for the future by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, gaps, and risks in attacking this market.
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings with sales and executive leadership on key metrics, providing analysis with recommended next steps to improve deal velocity and conversion.
  • Support business development efforts by attending industry conferences and events as needed.
  • Work closely with internal Symend teams (Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Solutions, and Engineering) to ensure expertise in our solutions.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and significant experience in prospecting, territory alignment, account mapping, account penetration, pipeline creation, closing, and negotiation.
  • A strong sales background with a value-driven approach, having prospected and sold SaaS and managed service solutions to commercial and enterprise companies at the Director, VP, C-Level, and owner levels.
  • An analytical problem solver who can think critically while achieving high performance results under pressure and at high velocity.
  • Collaborative with a track record of building strong trust-based working relationships horizontally across functions and vertically along reporting structures.
  • A prospecting and sales hunter mentality to identify target potential customers, including cold outreaches and lead nurturing techniques.
